What is a Public Adjuster?
Someone who works for you, the insured.
Public adjusters do NOT work for the insurance company.
When you file a claim, the insurance company will send an adjuster to
assess your damage. However, that adjuster works for the insurance company
and has a financial responsibility to the insurer, not to you.
On the other hand, a public adjuster, by law, has a financial
responsibility to YOU. Our job as public adjusters is to make sure that
you receive fair and equitable compensation for your claim so you are able
